A friend of mine once said:
“Most Christians have repented enough to get forgiven, but not enough to see the kingdom. Repentance is associated in most of our minds with misery and regret; repentance unto ‘kingdom vision’ is encouraging and energizing”
How true!! Most of us “repent” enough to feel better… not to live better! True repentance bring us back to Heaven’s perspective! We return to the upper view… the Kingdom Vision.
I just wanted to say to you this morning… REPENT!! Not as some “fire-breathing, angry, judgemental preacher” that desires you to cry continually over the same mistakes so you get emotional relief, but as a fellow journeyman who realizes if we don’t “see what He sees” we will never live as He intends!
Go Ahead…. Live the Repentant Life!!!
